Here is a rare Introducing The Beatles Stereo Lp with the songs Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You making this a Version One Lp.This is on the Oval Vee Jay label # VJLPS 1062.I play tested both sides just to make sure that  Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You is actually on the record and yes they are.I'll give a more detailed description of the way it plays near end of description.Unfortunately this record has no cover.It was purchased several years ago and I've been saving it hoping to find an authentic cover but never did.Looks to be a Monarch pressing.Trail off matrix numbers are as follows.Side one has 63-3402S  then the small triangle with 5689 next to it.Then has an arrow pointing to the left with 28-63 on the right side of the arrow.It also has what looks to be the Audio Matrix stamp which is some what hard to read as its not a real clear stamping.I've read that this is common as they used the audio matrix stamp so many times it wore down and caused the name to not be real clear with some small dots as well.This one also has the small dots.About an inch from the audio matrix stamp is the stamp MR in a circle which is nice and easy to read.Side two's numbers are as follows.Has 63-3403S  and then has 6-28-63.Then has a small triangle with 5689-X.Looks to have a small upside down A above the 5689-X which the other side has also.Then has the Audio Matrix stamp which is a little clearer than the other side but is still a bit hard to read.Also has the small dots on the audio matrix stamp.Then has the MR stamp in a circle.Side one of record has alot of scratches with most being non feelable but has about 20 scratches that are feelable.Looks like a majority of the lighter non feelable scratches were mosty caused by scuffing instead of an actual needle as side does have lots of scuffing lines.Has one long very skinny feelable scuff line which runs from the 7 O' Clock to the 9 O' Clock area of record.Almost looks like a scratch but is slightly wider.Side has groove wear as well with graying on the grooves.Not horribly grayed as it still has a small amount of black mixed in as well.Some scuffing lines on trail off area between grooves and label.Label looks nice with a few scratches and a little wear on the rainbow color band on label.Side two also has a lot of scratches.Most are non feelable with about 30 feelable scratches in which most of the feelable scratches are small.Most of the scratches on this side also look to have been caused by scuffing.Has some marks that run from two O' Clock area to four O' Clock that look like spotted scuff lines but I'm not sure if there scuffs or not.You can see these on the 4th picture on the trail off area of record Please see picture.They do not affect play.This side also has groove wear with graying on the grooves.Also not horribly grayed as there's still a small amount of black mixed in.Song two has a little more wear than rest of side.Trail off area has some scuffing.Label looks very nice with only a small amount of light scratches.I play tested both sides and a majority of the songs play nicely with no background noise or very light background noise but three of the songs have issues.I took notes of each song so I'll give a brief description of each.Side one, song one which is I Saw Her Standing There plays very nicely until it has what sounds like a very small skip which actually sounded to me like it stayed in perfect time with the music.Besides this the rest of song plays Wonderfully with no pops,no ticks and no background noise or hiss at all.Song two which is Misery plays well with 10 ticks/light pops during the whole song.No background hiss.Has some ticks/clicks after song is over between songs.Song Three which is Anna plays nicely with 9 very light ticks only.Background is nice with no hiss.Very light background noise between songs.Song Four which is Chains plays with 10 very light ticks and one light pop only.No background hiss.Song Five Plays with a few light ticks but also has one small skip a little less than 1/2 way through song.No background hiss or noise except for the few light ticks.Song Six which is Love Me Do plays and sounds Terrific with no pops,no ticks and no background noise at all.Some of the songs on this side have some light background noise/hiss between tracks. Side Two of record plays as follows.Song one which is P.S. I Love You plays very nicely with one tick/light pop only.Sounds great with no hiss or background noise.Song two which is Baby It's You sounds nice with 5 ticks/light pops only through whole song.Rest of song besides the 5 ticks/light pops plays great with no background hiss.Does have some ticks and light pops after song is over between songs.Song three which is Do You Want To Know A Secret plays with ticks and light pops pretty much throughout the song.Couple of noisy pops after song is over before song four begins.Song four which is A Taste Of Honey has 10 ticks and 2 pops during play of entire song.Plays with very light background noise.Song 5 is the one song which plays the worst of the songs.This is There's A Place.This song has Three pretty noticeable skips near beginning of song.Has only 3 ticks during play the rest of song.No hiss at all in the background.Song six plays Excellent.This is the song Twist And Shout.Plays Terrific all the way through with no pops,no ticks and no background noise or hiss at all.This auction is for the record only as it has no cover.Hopefully you have a cover for this.As with all records I sell if buyer is not 100% satisfied I have a return for refund.
