Record is in Mint Minus condition.
Cover is in VG+ condition with small stain on front at top right corner area. Bottom seam is split 1/2-inch at opening corner and top seam is split 1-inch at opening corner. Paper is split on spine in several places, but spine dos NOT appear to be split. Front and back cover are autographed and bottom right corner has "THUMB" print.
