Description

Original 45 rpm single, Danny and the Juniors "At the Hop" on Singular. This is the rare, original pressing on local label Singular, before the band was picked up by ABC Paramount. Includes the count-in "One, Two, Three, let's go" by Danny. The count-in was *not* included on the Paramount version, which is the version that most people have heard on the radio. If you haven't heard the Singular version, you haven't heard the original recording.

B-side is "Sometimes".

Record is visually graded a strong VG++, with lots of gloss and no visible scratching. I have played it once, and thought there was some roll-off in the highs. I do not know whether this is an artifact of the pressing or not. I did not note any ticks, pops or scratches. There is some ink marking on the A-side label (please see photo). B-side label looks great.
