As for the condition of the Record itself and the cover, I am not going to rate them as that is very subjective and I am by no means a collector. I know to a lot of people condition matters a great deal, so feel free to email me with requests for more pictures or further detail. By looking at the record itself it has normal wear for being played nothing bad or that would stand out, except for one spot on Side 2. In the upper left hand side above the Webster's Last Word there is a little area that stands out. I do not believe it to be anything big, but I am not sure. Aside from that the record has shine to it and looks great. The cover is overall in quite good condition no writing on it or anything that was not there when it was first made, and there is No Ring Wear at all. There is slight discoloration in the bottom right hand corner, it is from moisture and it would not show up on a picture. Aside from that the Cover is in great condition. The Also comes with 2 extras that make it unique, newspaper clippings from the time that reveal facts about Chuck and Mary Perrin. These Clippings are in good condition and were cut out and simply stuck in the cover until now. Auction includes everything shown, EXCEPT stand!!!
