Grading:

·       

Excellent shows some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces show little signs of wear, scuffs or scratches.

·        The label has little ring wear or discoloration. The center hole is not misshapen by repeated play. In general, if not for a couple of minor things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint. The record shows no obvious sign of wear.

·        No Jacket. Stored in smoke, pet free environment

Charles helped to pioneer the south Louisiana musical genre known as swamp pop.

In September 2007, the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame honored Charles for his contributions to Louisiana music with an induction.*
