Rare Afrobeat 7-Fela Ransome Kuti & His Koola Lobitos Vol 3 - "Fire" Nigeria 7"

A very scarce Nigerian 7" (1965) from the famed Afrobeat king Fela Kuti. Two excellent tracks from a 7" that has been carefully stored in my own collection for a long time . The record has been professionally cleaned using an Okki Nokki record cleaning machine . The "A" plays with a lovely warm sound through my Grado DJ 1200 carts and has some surface noise at the start of the track. No surface noise throughout though to detract from the listening. No jumps or jarring clicks/pops. The "B" same comments as above - The labels have some light signs of wear which is obvious given the age of the record. The sleeve has some "bumping" to the corners & general age wear although it is slight-& has a price sticker ( 2x 2 cm ) top right of the back cover. NOTE: The photos do show some light reflection onto the vinyl whilst photographing - these are not imperfections! Nothing really to detract from what has to be a very rare slice of early Afrobeat mastery. The tracks themselves are both brilliant-I can't find any mention of "Fire" anywhere else and it has to be said it's a masterwork of it's genre I suggest.. Low starting price .. Bid away! This is a great record & you'll be hard pressed to find a copy elsewhere! Any questions please ask.
