Make any collector happy to say the least.
Although the record for sale is not a true R-715 this is still a very rare and unique record.
I will describe in detail what you will be getting by becoming the highest bidder.
One side of this record has the famous and Rare R-715 picture
The other side has the correct picture for R-723
So what record is it?? Read on.
This record has been tested for play on both sides the music is correct for R-723 on both sides. These songs are
“Waiting For the Train to Come In”
“Won’t Be Satisfied Till You Break My Heart”
So going by my humble opinion you are getting an R-723 with a R715 Picture on one side of it. How rare is this? I have collected these for almost 30 years, been to many shows along the way and I have never seen another one. I have had many other collectors that tried to con this out of me many years ago but I was not ready to sell at this point. Now I am getting in my Senior Years and I am afraid that if something were to happen to me My Son could end up selling it for way less than its value not being a collector himself.
Overall condition of this record is very good with a few minor scratches. Record plays well however the first ¼” of the record has a factory rough spot. When playing I had to put the needle just past this spot to get the needle to travel correctly. Other than that please contact me if you should have any questions at all
