Description
This is an extremely rare Fred Mark 45 record. I can’t even find another one out there with the same songs. I was told this is a soul-funk type artist; but I have not listened to this record, so cannot tell you for sure what it sounds like. Any information I can find on this artist says this is the type of music he played.
I am not a professional record grader, so in my opinion, I would say it is in very good condition for its age. I would say it is playable, but have no way of testing it, nor would I want to put any use on it, based on its rarity.
It does have some surface scratches, which I've tried to get close ups of in the pictures on this listing. The outer very edge of this record feels a little rough in a spot. Not sure this is normal or because of storage.
There are not any cracks on this record. It could use a bit of a cleaning, but I don't want to damage it using the wrong type of cleaner.

It does not have the original dust jacket, but one will be provided, and it will be very carefully packaged. I will not send this out Media Mail. It will be shipped via USPS Priority mail to eliminate time in shipping and to provide accurate tracking.
