Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass, it has beautiful clean white promo/sample labels with two sets of Japanese writing on each side, the first says ??? Article Was Not For Sale to the Public and the second says ??? sample version; it has no scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card cover. This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but there is very light ring wear on the front and back top. On the front top right side is a white oval sticker with black writing on indicating that this is a ??? sample version. On the back of the cover there is a track listing and credits in English.

Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip; which has no rips, tears or creases, just some light humidity marks on the front and rear. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long. This has a track listing in Japanese and English, the lyrics on in English and some information in Japanese. This has no rips, tears or creases, but has some patches of humidity along one edge mainly.
