Description

This 45 rpm record should date to 1968.It is a one sided test  pressing, may be considered an acetate but it is not metal, of the BEE GEES classic "I STARTED A JOKE" with lead vocal by Barry Gibbs.The label reads ATLANTIC RECORDING STUDIOS and the title and group name appear to be typed.The dead wax on the side with no music reads "MFG BY SPECIALTY RECORDS...... BACK PLATE".This is not the best copy graded VG but it plays well with some noise and to my ear it seems the background vocal is not as prominent as the track we are used to.This is a very nice rare item for any BEE GEES collector and it appears only one other copy has come up.The name "SANTORI" is on the label in marker
