Description

Rare Near Mint 1956 Early pre-4 Seasons DOO-WOP GROUP on 12" 33rpm on the RCA Records label "Special Issue"  ( # LPM-1317) by THE FOUR LOVERS ( predecessor group to the fabulous FOUR SEASONS, featuring FRANKIE VALLI, NICK DEVITO, TOM DEVITO and HANK MAJEWSKI ... originally formed in 1955 as "The Variatones" and later in 1959 NICK MASSI and BOB GAUDIO joined to become the FOUR SEASONS ).   Record is in remarkable NEAR MINT/NEAR MINT condition ( rec / cover ) and plays like new condition,  record surface shows no surface scuffs, still has store stock surface gloss, and no wear marks around center hole even... almost as if it had never been on a turntable...  record labels have no marks or writing... and the cover is bright, clean, with no noticeable wear or seam splits... SEE SCANS!

ONE OF THE BEST COPIES OF THIS JEWEL I HAVE EVER SEEN!!
( prevailing Price Guides list this at $600- $750 in this condition... Own this one for a fraction of that!!! )
