Rare Richmond, Indiana Jazz from 1925

Legendary early Hoagy Carmichael (he wrote both sides and was music director)

Condition is V+.  Plays nicely but has some surface noise (partly because it wasn't recorded too well).  Still some shine, with just a very few scratches and scuffs...plays nicely with no blasting but this copy was not kept in a sleeve for years! No digs, edge problems. 
Experienced 78rpm seller...it'll be carefully packaged in a larger box with cardboards, bubble wrap and suspended in stryfoam chips.  Sent insured too.
(Due to some problems I've had, I'm not mailing Internationally other than Canada, sorry.)
