Description
Radiohead - Drill EP - 12" Vinyl
Radiohead's first recording on Parlophone
Limited to 3000 copies each on Vinyl, CD & Cassette
Record was tested on a Nottingham Analogue Interspace deck with NA Carbon Fibre arm/NA Tracer 2 MM cartridge combo through NAIM amplification and QUAD speakers (a very revealing set-up that doesn't mask any imperfections).
Sound grading - Both sides play very nice with a little background crackling in quieter sections, side 1 has a hairline mark that causes 1 pop before intro finishes - would benefit from a professional clean. Loud sections are very nice indeed with deep rich bass.
Visual grading - Both sides are in fantastic condition, with what looks little play time on both. Mentioned above is the hairlne mark on side 1. I can see a couple of spindle traces on both labels but looks very clean. Only played it twice myself since I bought five years ago.
Cover is in fine condition, with some feathering to opening and a few storage creases/marks/nicks, there are plenty of close-up pics below that highlight any faults. Special Offer sticker looks to have been on since day one. Have kept it in a record box/protective sleeve for the last five years, will be sent in the protective sleeve.
