Condizioni : la copertina presenta del modesto ring wear, qualche grinza di cui la più vistosa  si trova nei pressi dell'angolo superiore destro del lato frontale. Inoltre una moderata usura lungo il bordo della costolina con titolo e numero di catalogo condiziona un pò la sua perfetta lettura, sebbene niente sia stato cancellato; bello stato, EX  / il vinile presenta alcuni segni sulla sua superficie (sarebbe vg+) ma all'ascolto non rivela difetti salvo pochi minimi clicchettii (sarebbe ex+); bello stato VG++

Condition : cover shows a moderate ring wear, some creases of which the most considerable is located near the upper right corner of the front side. Moreover, some moderate edge wear along the spine featuring title and catalog number affects a little its perfect reading, although nothing has been deleted, EX / vinyl has some surface marks (would be vg +) but the listening does not reveal any flaw except for a few minimal clicks (it would be ex+), VG ++

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : si tratta della seconda edizione dell'album. La prima fu edita nel febbraio 1966 con il numero di catalogo CAMPI CLP 100-013 sulla copertina e l'etichetta oltre ad essere un album apribile con un inserto di alcune pagine. La seconda stampa è del settembre 1966 e non ha la copertina apribile con l'inserto. Il suo numero di catalogo è cambiato in CAM AMG 2 sia nella copertina e nell'etichetta.

La bella musica si basa principalmente su un tema che nella sua prima versione è intitolato "Chiacchere" (a1), eseguito dall'organo di volta in volta con il pianoforte, con la chitarra, con l'orchestra. Si tratta di un'orecchiabile composizione dal ritmo discretamente vivace che sembra riflettere una qualche allegria ma in realtà è intrisa di malinconia ed amarezza. In aggiunta troviamo: "Prima della Festa" (a2), brano jazz con sassofono e pianoforte supportati dalla batteria, "Il Paparazzo di Milano" (b1) simpatica canzone dal testo un pò goliardico eseguita da uno sconosciuto gruppo vocale su un vivace ritmo fra il tardo rock'n'roll e il suono beat. "Se è vero amore" seconda versione (b4) che in buona parte è una variazione in chiave romantica del tema principale ma nella sua seconda parte dopo un improvviso colpo di piatto del batterista dà vita a un elegante jazz condotto dagli strumenti a fiato.

I titoli dei tredici brani possono esser letti guardando il retrocopertina raffigurato nella scansione n° 2.

Notes : it is the second edition of the album. The very first was one was published in February 1966 with the catalog number CAMPI CLP 100-013 on the cover and the label as well as being a gatefold album with inside an insert of some pages. The second issue was released in September 1966, and does not have the gatefold cover with the insert. Its catalog number is changed to CAM AMG 2 both on the cover and label.

The beautiful score is mainly based on a theme which in its first version is titled "Chiacchere" (a1), performed by the organ from time to time along with the piano, the guitar, the bass and the drums. It is a catchy composition by fairly lively rhythm that seems to reflect some happiness but actually is full of melancholy and bitterness. In addition we find: "Prima della Festa" (a2), a jazz tune with sax and piano supported by drums, "Il Paparazzo di Milano" (b1) a pleasant song from an irreverent text, performed by an unknown vocal group on a lively rhythm between the late rock'n'roll and the Beat sound. "Se è vero amore" second version (b4) that is in large part a variation in romantic key of the main theme, but in the second part after a sudden stroke of ride cymbal by the drummer, creates a good smooth jazz led by the wind instruments.

The titles of the thirteen tracks can be read looking at the back cover depicted in the scan No. 2.
