Note : due canzoni tratte dalle colonne sonore dei films diretti Pietro Germi " IL FERROVIERE " (1956) e " L'UOMO DI PAGLIA " (1958) composte da Carlo Rustichelli. Le interpretazioni in Italiano fatte da sua figlia sono sicuramente di grande qualità. La voce ha una sicurezza impressionante se rapportata alla giovane età di Alida (Rusti)Chelli nel 1960. Comun denominatore dei due brani la malinconia con un andamento lento nella prima e leggermente più ritmico nella seconda. Le belle atmosfere sonore caratterizzate da un tessuto prevalentemente sinfonico sono ben arrangiate e dirette da Ennio Morricone.
Notes : two songs taken from the soundtracks of the Pietro Germi's films " IL FERROVIERE " (1954) and " L'UOMO DI PAGLIA " (1958), both composed by Carlo Rustichelli and sung in Italian by his daughter Alida (Rusti)Chelli. Although her young age - she was twenty-year-old in 1960 - the voice reveals a great artistic temperament and maturity. Both songs have as common denominator a gloomy feeling with a slow development on the first and slightly more rhythmical on the second. The excellent sound atmospheres have mainly an overall symphonic tapestry. Arrangements and orchestra by Ennio Morricone.
