This vinyl is 4. NM- Really nice, as is the jacket and the original inner sleeve. 
Signals is the ninth studio album by Canadian rock band Rush, released in September 1982 by Mercury Polygram Records. Signals demonstrates the group continuing with the use of synthesizers, sequencers, and other electronic instrumentation. 
My vinyl grading is 1 to 5.  5=NM- 4=Excellent 3=VG+ a little occasional surface noise, occasional pop 2= surface noise, many pops or crackles from vinyl marks. no skips unless mentioned.  1= I do not sell
