Brief description of item

RUSH & FIRST ALBUM ON MERCURY FROM 1874 1Y1/2Y1 MATCHING MATRIX FIRST PRESS. THE FRESHEST COPY YOU WILL EVER SEE OFFERED. This one comes from the storage collection of SUPERB items I have sold previously. This is the second wave of these exceptional records...All ORIGINAL & in a near to as perfect shape as you could wish for. Cover artwork is immaculate, with no ring wear present (a common issue with these designs) super sharp corners on all of the cover edges, square spine at the side with zero split. All text fully legible everyplace, no damp, stains, dust or handwritten names, no smell of age of grime! PERFECT! its a stunner!

Labels are MERCURY blue/silver font. Made in England 1974. These are a very close to near mint.. But I will grade as EX+ down to just a couple of absolute minimal one sign of spider lines on the middle. Come on, you got to have played this ONE time...This was it, only played ONCE! and stored away for decades. Put to tape to listen to. Kept until now...All text is unworn & fully legible. No handwritten names or ripping/tearing/fade. Great!

The actual vinyl is without any negative issues. You can see for yourself & if you win! will hear for yourself. There are no scratched marks or ingrained dust/nail scuffs/needle trash/needle thrashing....Has to seen to be believed. Under very, very bright white light there will be only some ultra thin inner paper cover lines. None of course have any impact on the SUPERB record here. Run off matrix are matching first pressing of cat# 9100 001 1Y//1 & 2Y//1. What more do you need????????????????????????????????????

Includes the original plastic bags can be dangerous inner bag. Please see the close up view of this incredible ORIGINAL 1974 storage item. Been stored at home safely out of direct sunlight for decades & never seen the light of day for decades...Its gonna be a pleasure to sell this one on. You can't repeat this enough....DO NOT MISS THIS, don't let that happen, as you will be hard pushed to find a better description & more than perfect item. Cheers

All vinyl comes from a smoke, damp and pet free environment

>>  Grading of Items All items are graded conservatively according to Record Collectors Grading System Record Collectors Grading system

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable

Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler

CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
