RUDIMENTARY PENI - CACOPHONY LP

Label: Outer Himalayan Records

Year: 1993 (I think!)

Rare pressing, I’m calling it the second pressing as it’s different to the original pressing in a couple of ways although it is an original Outer Himalayan release and not one of the later reissues that started around 2010 and more recently 2023. I’m guessing this came out in 1993 because they also released the first CD version at the time but this could have come out anytime between 1988 and then, I can’t be sure. This version has the same label code as the first pressing but has no EFA distribution code on the rear sleeve, the matrix etchings are slightly different also and they denote that this is the DAMONT pressing but other than that it’s identical. No sticker to the cover on this issue either, unless mine just fell off..but there’s no sign of one ever being there. Includes 8 page booklet with lyrics. Vinyl has only a few light hairlines, the cover and booklet are all in great condition. I play tested this and it skipped once right at the very end of the first song on side 2 (as in the last note) but played perfectly otherwise.
