Cover: VG+ (it has no writings, shows moderate wear, yellowish spot on top right portion, looks fine, see picture below)

Record: G+ (surface looks actually VG, it keeps its gloss and shows many thin hairlines but no deep scratches, vinyl is slightly waved, arm's weight adjustment is required, when setting it a little heavy both A1 & B1 play through with no problems, overall sound on both sides is clear & loud with just some crackle in spots, in spite of these flaws copy is still a good one and allows an enjoyable listening experience, see picture below)
