This Auction is for a RTI Test Pressing Copy of James Taylor – Sweet Baby James.
I never listened to it, but it looks good. I'm not a record collector, just an audiophile.
This auction is the result of another listing. Long Story.
Several people from the “Original Listing” wanted this, so the starting point of this auction will be the listed price in the previous listing.
Even though that was the wrong price – another long story.
So, This Test Pressing never played by me at least, but Ultrasonically cleaned is up for sale
(Cleaned in a High End Audio Store where I bought my Turntable / Phono Cartridge)
I just spent A LOT of money there so even the records I didn't get from them (they sold LPs too), they cleaned for free
It was an expensive Large Silver Rectangular machine – like $2500 8 years ago. Forgot the name of it though.
I bought the TT and records several years before I had a working system, so most of my records were never played.
This was never played because I really just listen to about 20 different LP's used to evaluate High End Audio equipment
Audio Equipment is my Hobby, not really the music.
While I was still working I bought this because I thought I might want to listen to it one day.
I've had Test Pressings before, some that were Obviously not used because something went wrong, some were INCREDIBLY Quiet Outstanding recordings
But I never listened to this one.
So, to lighten my load for my up coming move – I just plan to bring those 20 LP's with me – so this is up for sale
