🔥 100% GUARANTEED 1964 US ORIGINAL NORTHERN SOUL MONSTER — WITH "FG" DEAD WAX MATRIX! 🔥

Up for auction/sale is a top-tier rarity for Northern Soul DJs and serious vinyl completionists: Roy Hamilton’s dancefloor anthem "She Make Me Wanna Dance" backed with "You Can Count On Me", released on the original MGM Records (K13291).

⚠️ NOT A REPRO / NOT A REISSUE ⚠️

The market is flooded with modern lookalike repros, but this copy is the real deal 1964 US stock pressing. It has been fully authenticated via the dead wax run-out markings, featuring the machine/hand-etched master stamps:

  • Side A: K13291 64 XY 693 FG
  • Side B: K13291 64 XY 695-1 FG

The "FG" stamp is the ultimate mark of 1960s production authenticity, proving it was mastered at Frankford/Wayne Mastering Labs.

Vinyl Condition: Very Good Plus (VG)

  • Visual: The vinyl retains a lovely gloss. Under bright light, it shows some light, cosmetic surface sleeve scuffs and faint hairlines consistent with a carefully handled 60-year-old soul record. No deep or feelable scratches. Center labels are clean with minor spindle wear.
  • Audio: Plays incredibly well! Loud, punchy 1960s analogue mix with fantastic bass and brass presence. Perfect for club or radio DJ play without skips or overpowering noise.

Sleeve Condition & Vintage History:

Housed in an authentic, vintage multi-green MGM Records corporate company sleeve (showing the "1350 Avenue of the Americas" New York address).

  • History Note: While the record is from 1964, this sleeve design was introduced by MGM in late 1967 when they moved offices. This is a classic piece of period history, likely swapped by a radio DJ or teenager back in the late 1960s when cleaning up stacks of singles!
  • The Vintage '5': There is a small "5" written in pen on the sleeve. This is not the 1964 retail price (original 45s cost under $1 back then), but rather a vintage hand-written price or filing system number from an old second-hand record shop or collector's crate decades ago. The sleeve is clean with no major splits or tears!

Shipping & Professional Packaging:

We treat rare soul vinyl with the respect it deserves. To protect this beautiful package, the vinyl disc will be removed from the original green MGM sleeve and placed in a brand new, plain paper sleeve for transit. This completely prevents the vinyl edge from cutting or splitting the vintage sleeve during shipping.

The entire package will be shipped in a professional, rigid cardboard mailer with heavy card stiffeners. It will be fully tracked, signed for, and insured.

Secure a true, verified piece of Northern Soul history with incredible vintage character. Bid with absolute confidence!
