You are bidding for a CLASSIC US 50'S ROCK 'N' ROLL /JUMP JIVE 78 RPM single by ROY BROWN called LOVE DON'T LOVE NOBODY backed with DREAMING BLUES issued on the DE LUXE record label in the US in 1950, cat number 3306 (BLACK AND SILVER LABEL). The record is in excellent condition with excellent labels .The record has little wear few slight surface scuffs and surface scratches and plays with no jumps and clicks and a minimum of surface noise. CLASSIC US ROCK AND ROLL / R&B from ROY BROWN with TWO CLASSIC ROCKING R&B JIVE tracks,and CLASSIC R&B from this ROCKING BLUES PIONEER. RARE in decent condition. ROY BROWN was a singer, songwriter and musician who had a lasting early influence on the early days of Rock and Roll, and with his GOSPEL styled delivery changed the direction of R&B. His original song GOOD ROCKIN' TONITE was covered by WYNONIE HARRIS, ELVIS PRESLEY, PAT BOONE, RICKY NELSON, and JERRY LEE LEWIS.His vocal style influenced, BOBBY BLAND, LITTLE RICHARD,BBKING, JACKIE WILSON and ELVIS. RARE hard to find in decent condition, . from my own collection.
