This record is in excellent- condition. It has faint spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. The centres show minimal wear and are not worn or loose. Overall the iconic pink rim labels are clean, bright and in good shape with no major issues to report but the light spindle marks as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have no major or nasty marks and have a lovely lustre. There is some signs of use and age however with light wispy lines and sleeve marks in places. There is also a few other light signs of general use but nothing extreme or major. Overall a used vintage lp in good playable condition with no major marks or serious issues but faint signs of use/age showing in places.
I play tested the record and it played nicely and produced good audio throughout. It lays flat, there is little to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent with very little surface noise or interference audible. There was a trace in the run in but nothing at all major and the vast majority of the audio is crisp, clear and of good quality. There are no skips, sticks, clicks or pops and overall it was a very enjoyable audio with solid 'EX' grade on audio throughout both sides.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has minimal wear to the edges and corners with just a small 1cm area of 'cracking' on the spine to the left of 'Roxy Music'. There are no splits, tears or pen marks and no serious creasing to the laminate. There is only a very faint ring mark showing on the rear and overall the sleeve is clean, bright and in excellent condition. There is a small 5mm circular 'scuff' on the far left side of the inside but this is not hugely noticeable and overall it is a very tidy sleeve. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original blue Island inner which is solid with no splits or tears but has some general signs of age/handling. I will send the record in brand new plain white replacement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me.
