INODASKORE
ROXY MUSIC UK STRAWBERRY 45 ACETATE 8 INCHROXY MUSIC - TRASH. Rare UK 8" one sided acetate/test sample, with a colour Strawberry label with typed titles. An acetate is a test sample made at the record pressing plant. They nearly always have a hand written label, sometimes on a pressing plant label, i.e. Tape one or The Town House. It is made of a special shellac which is pressed on to a metal plate, which makes them much heavier than standard 45's. Acetates are made either because a 45 needs to be pressed very quickly to get it to a certain DJ, or to test the quality of the pressing or to hear if a version would sound good on radio. Acetates are made as a one-off pressing, and often have different versions or mixes than were finally released commercially. Condition: Excellent .

Shipping is a fixed price of €3.50 worldwide and €2.50 to Europe, and will be sent airmail. If you live in the UK it's €1.50 and will be sent first class. We accept CASH from most countries, including USA, Europe, Australia, and UK. We accept IMO's issued in English pounds, available from banks, and also Girobank postal money orders available from post offices in Canada and Europe. These will be returned if they are issued in US dollars - we only accept them in UK pounds. We accept paypal ONLY in English pounds at the rate €1.38/£1.00 (You will be charged in your local currency by Paypal). From bidders in the UK we also accept UK postal orders and UK cheques, also unused UK postage stamps. If you are buying vinyl records, they will be removed from their sleeves and placed into and additional sleeve, so that the covers are not split in the post. They will then be wrapped in cardboard, and then wrapped in a soft packing material. We have never had a record broken in the post, because we very carefully and professionally pack your auction win.
