A scarce opportunity to bid for this U.K. vinyl reissue of the Ronnie Lane & Slim Chance album from 1974!

Bought new, in a sale, shortly after release, it has just been carefully stored, unplayed, ever since!

Sleeve: Thick card with the front cover showing a yellowed image of a rag-and-bone cart

moving down a road, surrounded by cars. The performers' names and album title are in

white capitals, bottom-right, with a narrow white frame around the edge of the cover, cutting

the top-right corner where the circular Marquee Classic logo is. The back cover has the barcode

(5 020753 800233) top-left and a black-and-white photo of Ronnie Lane with guitar taking up

just over half of the sleeve. Within the photo are liner notes from John Tobler dated 1990. The

remaining space has the album title in pale orange-brown, top-right, with the performers details

printed in the elaborate 'flourish' of the tail of the letter 'Y' in the second 'Anymore'. Track listing

is shown below, followed by musician, instrument and other album credits. The bottom-right

corner has the Marquee Classic logo, catalogue number, and label address details. The sleeve

is in fantastic condition for 24 years of age! It is intact, unmarked and undamaged, with just a

couple of very short, light, hairline surface 'creases' from the spine onto the front cover! In

all other respects, including edges and corners, the cover looks superb!

Inner Sleeve: Plain white, slightly shaped and shiny paper, which is intact and unmarked!

Matrix Numbers: Side A - MQ followed by the less distinct, smaller CLP. Then 002AI with MQCLP002AI

underneath and less distinct. The letters G I G appear individually around the edge before LYN-26931 and

A PORKY PRIME CUT.

Side B - MQ followed by the less distinct, smaller CLP. Then 002BI with MQCLP002BI

underneath and less distinct. The letter I appears before LYN-26932 and this is followed by the letter H.

Vinyl: Original, unplayed condition, just as purchased!

Labels: Both are intact and unmarked!
