Ronnie was coping a lot of stick from the establishment at this time in his career largely as a result of the success of his anti-Vietnam war hit/2nd album “Smiley”. Amongst other things, he was banned from appearing at RSL clubs and this LP-produced by Johnny Young- was attacked in the press for titles like War is Over, Virgin, Easy Rider, If I Die etc etc. It sold in only limited quantities and as a result is hard to turn up now. Vinyl and labels are impeccable as are the front & back covers. The inside of the gatefold has just a hint of foxing at top right. It’s ex-shop stock so it’s about as good as you’ll get.
