• PAYMENT: When prompt payment is received I make every effort to dispatch as soon as possible, usually the following working day.
• PACKING & DISPATCH: I generally leave feedback once items are packed and mark items as dispatched on my return from Post Office / Hermes drop off centre.
• POSTAGE: If items are sent by mail I retain postage receipts for one month following dispatch or until feedback is returned, whichever is sooner, however I do not submit insurance claims to the post office as this is a complete waste of time and effort.
• INSURANCE: I offer specific value insurance, at cost, and will gladly provide additional prices on request, otherwise items are posted at the most economical rates available however, outside Europe the quoted P&P price includes economy global Air Mail and does not include specific value insurance.
• IMPORTATION CHARGES: It is the responsibility of the bidder to pay importation and/or customs charges where applicable. I do not post to Cyprus, Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina or Iceland, due to advance charges levied by these countries for customs clearance.
• P&P CHARGES: The Royal Mail increased charges at the end of March 2014. In order to avoid being out of pocket I have learned, through experience, to calculate postage and packaging taking into account the cost of materials, transport to and from the Post Office, eBay charges (eBay impose a 10% levy on all postal charges), PayPal charges (PayPal impose a charge on all funds received including P&P charges). My time is provided free of charge.
• COMBINED POSTAGE: I combine postage wherever possible and ask that winners of multiple items await invoice prior to making payment.
• QUESTIONS: My policy is to reply to questions politely and to communicate openly and sympathetically, it's nice to be nice.
• FEEDBACK: If you are happy with your purchase I would greatly appreciate if you returned the positive feedback I have left for you, if you are less than happy please let me know.
• RETURNS: Where returns are specified, any item which differs significantly from my description will be refunded in full, including postage and packing costs, without quibble or delay immediately following receipt of the item in question. I am also happy to discuss reasonable compensation for items damaged in the post should you wish to retain damaged items however, should you decide upon a total refund, return postage will not be refunded. If you choose to leave negative feedback because I adhere to eBay rules and guidelines that is your prerogative and your karma, I will remain tranquil.
