the gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT CONDITION -nice tight laminate -a few very light creases only-a little minor card rippling inside the gatefold  -superb 3D image -strong spine and edges -the rare inner is in good shape save for a 2" tear at the opening and a short seam split on the side -not too distracting -overall a nice collectors package

the record has a good lustre althought ere are many surface marks and fine scratches -oweing to this I will grade the record as Fair only but I guess that it will be the sleeve that you are after anyway
