What makes this SO RARE i can hear you saying is this
- earliest 1A/1A matrixes,the first 800 copies had these first presses,they then went 1A/2A,2A/2A
- Rare in mono!!,how many people bought mono in 1969?
- Comes with original stickered cover and first press poster
- Comes with first press inner sleeve,the later issue had text blackened out
- BUT MOST OF ALL is the super rare promo booklet,it is said only 10 where made..i dont know for sure but what i do know is that it is VERY RARE
Basically the promo booklet is a discograph of all there uk releases up to the "let it bleed" album,each page has a different colour picture of the group
COVER
The original laminated front stickered cover is superb and grades M- with no tears,stickers,writing or laminate lifting.The corners are nice and square and the seams and spine have no damage,up close you can see the faintest of record indentation near the opening
INNER SLEEVE
The original let it bleed inner sleeve would be graded EX excepth there is a very tiny side split
POSTER
The original poster is M- with no aeging or pin holes
PROMO BOOKLET
This is in EX condition,no tears or writing just a couple of creases,all the pages are intact as is the staples
LABELS
The red decca labels grade EX++..no tears,stickers or writing
VINYL
The record which is made out of very thick wax and lies flat on the turntable is nice with no fingernail scratches or groove wear.In normal light it looks EX++ but when you put it under severe lighting it grades VG+ you can see some whispy hairline marks.On playing it mainly plays well..it has a few light bits of crackle and a few light clicks which are mainly between tracks.The exception is the first track on side 2..for the first part of the song it has some fairly annoying static crackle
