Up for auction here at NO RESERVE is the classic "Rolling Stones Tour of the Americas 75" poster by Christian Piper with the stunning image of the eagle with jet engines attached. It measures 24" x 36". I have photographed the small areas of damage. There are a few light stains and the previous owner "repaired" a split in the poster from the back with some paper tape. There doesn't appear to be any of the poster missing in the tear (that is why I call it a split). Please email with any other questions you may have. I was surprised by the condition, because I bought it in a frame and it looked perfect. So rest assured, that once you get it framed it will look gorgeous once again. These macro close-up photos make the flaws seem extreme. In fact, they are quite minor for a paper item of this vintage. This usually sells in the $500-$700 range, however I am listing it at what I paid for it from a distressed collector a few years ago and selling it with no reserve.
