CONDITION

DISC: By 1969, Decca was phasing out MONO LPs. For the Rolling Stones, "Through The Past,
Darkly" was their last LP released in TRUE MONO. The mono LPs of "Let It Bleed" and
"Beggars Banquet" were fold-downs, except for "Sympathy For The Devil." Those LPs are
collectibles, but "Through The Past, Darkly" has far superior sound quality, showcasing the best
Stones' singles in the powerful 1960s MONO mix. This 1969/70 LP is visually in EXCELLENT
condition. Both sides show full gloss, with some very light sleeve removal marks and signs of
play. Decca likely only made one press in 1969 of this LP in mono, and this example has the 1st
mothers and early stampers, with the early 1970 Decca boxed label. Overall, a superb copy.

COVER: The deluxe laminated octagonal gatefold cover is in EXCELLENT+ condition, with
minor signs of spine wear and storage wear. A fantastic-looking example.

INNER SLEEVE: The fragile Decca octagonal inner sleeve is in
EXCELLENT+/EXCELLENT condition, with only minor signs of holding a heavyweight LP.

  with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
  with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
  use/wear but is not trashed.
• I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
• I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had
  unless I am the original owner.
