When this was first issued,the zip on the front cover was large and it had "PAN" printed on the front..This large zip (due to it's size) caused indentations on the vinyl and it was soon withdrawn to be replaced with the more common "Small" zip..How may were sold with the large zip is anyone's guess..All I know is that this is the first copy that I have had with a large zip for more years than I can remember!..

It's worth noting that the original vinyl that came with the large zip WILL have indentations..If the vinyl does NOT have any indentations it has been replaced with a later issue record!....

The matrix numbers on this are A4/B4..I have seen copies with A3/B4,but this is still a really early issue..."Rolling Stones Records" is etched into the run off grooves..

Issued on Rolling Stones Records in 1971..COC 59100..UK pressing..Complete with picture insert and Andy Warhol designed bit inside the sleeve.

Play grade on this is EX minus..The indents don't affect the sound at all..There is a tiny crackle here and there but overall,the sound quality is clean and undistorted...There are no significant clicks or pops..

It plays flat on the deck with no edge warps..It does not stick or jump..

Visual grade is VG++..This is mainly due to the indents caused by the zip (on the 4th track on each side)..Apart from which,there is alight hairline to the second side but NO nasty scratches or scuffs...It still has a reasonable sheen..

The labels are undamaged and there is MINIMAL spindle wear..I doubt that this has had a lot of play...

 The sleeve (non laminated) grades as VG+..The white has some age discolouring and the spine is yellow..There is a little rubbing to the edges and the flap above the belt buckle on the jeans (this is on the front) has a crease..

It has no seam splits,rips,tears,scribble,stains,sellotape or tape marks..The text on the spine is  legible..There is minimal discshape...

The insert has a little yellowing to the white but is otherwise undamaged..

There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!..

The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.

Shipping

All items are securely and professionally packed..Records are shipped out of their jackets to prevent seam splits..If there is an inner sleeve or a picture sleeve,then the disc will be packed in a plain white sleeve.. I try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum,byut Paypal don't help by taking commission on the postal costs!!
