1971 Release on Rolling Stones Records. Cat No: COC 59100 Andy Warhol text behind zip
1971 Record Club of America edition.
Presswell pressing, as denoted by "PR" on center labels.

Issued in a gimmick sleeve with real working metal zipper on front, unzips to reveal image hidden beneath.
Custom inner sleeve features band photo on one side, Rolling Stones' "tongue" logo and technical credits on the other.

Catalog number appears as "COC 59100" on centre labels, and "COC-39105" on inner sleeve and spine.
