ROLLING STONES - Satanic Majesties Request LP 1967 UK MONO 1st Press (UNBOXED Decca) – DECCA TXL 103 + Red 'Smoke' inner! This is an EXTREMELY rare LP – and this one is still a VERY solid presentable example, which is 100% complete, and has a BRILLIANT conditioned cover! The UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca labels are both in SUPERB condition – with only a few light spindle marks and only the TINIEST touch of wear around the centre holes (and I mean TINY - this LP has clearly NOT been massively overplayed like so many others!). The record is still quite bright & shiny – but does have a few VERY light hairlines. The only other detail to mention is that there are 2 or 3 marks on 1 track ('Sing It All Together') I would therefore grade the vinyl VERY GOOD++ The record comes with its ORIGINAL Red 'Smoke' inner sleeve which is still in VERY nice order (and VERY flat looking!) - apart from a couple of edge splits. The cover is VERY nice indeed (WAY better than most!) – with NO rips, NO tears, VERY shiny laminate, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), a VERY nice clear '3D' front panel, and NO writing! The inside is in SUPERB condition and the maze has NOT been filled in! The only other minor detail to mention is a VERY small edge split on the bottom edge. This cover is still VERY nice indeed and MUST grade Very Good+ if not better! A VERY rare record indeed - and so VERY hard to find a UK MONO 1st Pressing that is 100% COMPLETE! Track listing
