Sealed in original Loose Baggie outer - corners show some wear and there is LIGHT wear to the baggie - SMALL ORIGINAL $10.98 PRICE STICKER UPPER LEFT - see the pictures
I call this a VG+ Baggie Sleeve  - This is a really decent copy!! Vinyl presumed to be mint given that it is still sealed!!
