Description

Welcome to my auctions!

This is for: THE ROLLING STONES, "WELCOME TO NEW YORK" ON HMS DOG LABEL, rare german issue from the late 80s pressed on GREEN BASED MARBLE multicolor vinyl. The yellow insert here has the famous W. Stout drawing portraiting the Stones as street fighters, again one of his masterpieces, also used for the TMOQ issue; here the record has the HMS dog labels also used late 70s for many off-catalogue V.Vinyl issues. To be precise, although this has the same matrix and Cover of the TMOQ issue, this is definitely NOT. Rather, a rare euro release that anticipated Swingin' Pig's more common issue. Who's interested likely knows this features a really fine Soundboard recording from M.S.G on the very day of Mick's birthday, july - 26 - 1972. On the whole, this copy is in EX nick, although not perfect. Rare! Don't miss it!

Grading:

Record: EX, one light mark, not sounding as far I remember.

Cover: NM, square insert loose, not glued.
