rare US first press limited edition green vinyl LP released on TRADE MARK OF QUALITY (TMOQ) label with catalognumber TMQ 71029.
Note that this is the rare "Green Wax" release - first glance it appears black, but at a closer look you will see the green outer rim! Please see the closeup photos ...
