A nice condition copy of this Rolling Stones 1969 UK 1st press STEREO rarity
Year/Label : 1969 UK DECCA Label number : SKL 5025 Matrix numbers : XZAL-9363-P-4W, XZAL-9364-P-4W Stampers : 1 UG / 1 BGVery good plus (VG+) condition vinyl (many would grade as "excellent" I am sure) - weighty, completely flat and retaining a lovely jet black lacquered sheen, coming across as little marked in normal daylight and it is only with closer scrutiny under a bright light that a number of wispy hairlines and small faint scuff lines come into view on each side. Nothing feelable or obviously below the surface, and the overall brilliant stereo sound quality (with barely a hint of crackle) supports the view that these trivial blemishes are purely superficial with the single exception of x5 very light background clicks midway through "Midnight Rambler". The labels are in excellent (EX) condition with just a few very faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each label. A very good plus (VG+) condition front-side laminated outer sleeve with firm unscuffed edges, nicely defined right angle corners with barely any rubbingat all, and a firm 1st press "pinched" ends spine with all spine text nicely intact though there is some mild spine buckling. The opening edges remain firm with no fraying and there is no unwanted writing. There are x3 1cm (or less) laminate crinkles adjacent and perpendicular to the spine (front side), a little vertical laminate lifting next to the spine on the front side, and just a couple of veryl light storage/handling/age related marks on the reverse side along with a slight and non-obvious 6cm cardboard crease at the bottom left corner. Do take a close look at my photos where I have attempted to give an accurate appraisal of the condition of this outer sleeve. There is no poster with this copy. Wonderful, truly excellent (EX) stereo sound quality with no sticks, skips, repeats, distortion or crackle, and the only clicks are x5 very light background clicks midway through Midnight Rambler - not sufficient to spoil a fabulous listen from start to finish. Great tone with crystal clear instrumentation - every track a classic and making for a great listening experience! Comes with original poly-lined "Let it Bleed" blue and white DECCA stereo inner sleeve complete with track credits and including the infamous "London Bach Choir" credit - very good plus (VG+) condition with no splits, no edge fraying, no unwanted writing, barely any age discolouration, and just some mild creasing in three corners. Note that I always ship the vinyl in a new plain white inner sleeve in order to protect the original. A nice copy of this 1969 UK 1st press Rolling Stones classic - the exceptional stereo audio quality is a real standout.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
