Description
Welcome to my auctions!
This is for: The ROLLING STONES, "BEAUTIFUL DELILAH" BLUE VINYL ON BRITISH TMOQ!!!. Please, take a minute to reed description: Back in 1972, a couple of english "dealers" had the idea to emulate the TMOQ boys from the other side of the pond. Well, in UK there was no way to have these kind of records pressed. Therefore, the two blokes litterally commissioned a few titles to the TMOQ people to be shipped to UK and housed in generic white rubber stamped covers, thinner than the usual american jackets. In the batch of records pressed this way I found also a Beatles "Yellow Matter Custard", Dylan's "Albert Hall" and maybe it exists CSN&Y's "Wooden Nickel" and Neil Young at L.A. Forum, all in color vinyl. Last, the most revered Floyd's "Embrwo" from which plates Wizardo made "Linda" and "Miracle Muffer". All the plates have been re-done by the pressing plants, so this is really an original TMOQ-british joint-venture. Therefore, this Beautiful Delilah issue must be considered one of the Stones' undergrounds top rarity ever!!! No more than a couple of hundreds of this were pressed, if not less. In many years of collecting I found only four or fives from this british TMOQ batch and only twice this one.If you're really into this stuff you'll understand how rare is this. Still in a very nice shape for its age. Rare Rare Rare! Don't miss it!
