Description
This auction is for THREE Rolling Stones albums all of which are original UK mono recordings on the Decca label.
I have recently played all three albums and they all play with no jumps or skips. Let it Bleed and Through the Past Darkly are first pressings with the earliest matrix numbers and very early stamper codes, making them among the very first ones off the presses. Big Hits is from the same period as the other two (1969).

All three albums also have the JT Tax code in the dead wax on both sides.
These albums have been well-played and they have lots of signs of play and use visible on the labels and on the vinyl. These are not immaculate copies, they are 45/46 year-old LPs that were enjoyed and used as originally intended. The original mono vinyl recordings sound much fuzzier than modern digital versions, however all three were played in full on Monday 4th May 2015 and none of them jump or stick, although they all have some crackle, clicks and pops as you might expect. The covers are also showing their age, although they're okay.
They would suit someone who wants original copies but is prepared to accept obvious signs of age and use and can tolerate the shortcomings in the original mono sound and some imperfections (crackle, clicks and pops etc) in the playback.
