Description

This is the original UK LP by THE ROLLING STONES, BIG HITS (HIGH TIDE AND GREEN GRASS), RARE 1966 MONO 1st Press on the open DECCA label TXL 101, with the 12" by 12" booklet stapled inside the gatefold cover. Matrix numbers are, SIDE 1:-  XARL-7503-1A,  SIDE 2:-  XARL-7504-4A, stamper codes are,  SIDE 1:-  1 / B,  SIDE 2:-  1 / 2B, on both sides in the dead wax (run off) top middle is stamped KT.  The LP comes with it's original 1966 UK inner sleeve.

The original 1966 UK 1st issue Mono gatefold cover, with the 12" by 12" booklet stapled inside the cover is in EX+ condition, lovely and clean, the front and back maintain all their original bright vibrant colour, inside is lovely and clean, the booklet is in MINT- condition, beautifully clean and crisp, no tears or rips. The cover had no unwanted writing and no seam splits, their is very light wear to some of the edges and the spine. The spine is fully intact and perfectly readable.

The vinyl is in a STUNNING MINT- condition!, gleaming with all it's original shine and lustre, I have played both sides (very carefully!) and the quality of this RARE 1966 UK Mono 1st Pressing is STUNNING!, playing with crisp clear clarity, A WONDERFUL LISTENING EXPERIENCE!!!.

The label's are in EX+++/MINT- condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing and no scuffs, the spindal hole shows minimal wear, The label's maintain all their orignal bright vibrant turquoise colour, BEAUTIFUL!.

The vinyl is housed in it's original 1966 UK  inner sleeve and in MINT- condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits.

Altogether a SUPERB copy of this original 1966 UK MONO 1st press LP by THE ROLLING STONES, BIG HITS (HIGH TIDE AND GREEN GRASS).
