ROLLING STONES 1965 1st Press Ridged Decca STEREO EXPORT LP - Out Of Our Heads. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please be aware that I VISUALLY GRADE my records as I do not have access to a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be
click, skip and noise free (although any marks that may cause such problems will be highlighted in the description).

Mega Rare EXPORT STEREO 1st Press!
On offer here is a very rare copy of the Rolling Stones LP 'Out Of Our Heads' on the UK Blue, ridged Decca label. This is the original EXPORT pressing - not only that, but the STEREO 1st pressing with unboxed Decca logo and ridged labels!
Although this album was never issued in the UK, Decca UK manufactured a limited run of them specifically for export to at least The Netherlands and the Nordic countries. The reason why Decca UK chose the US version of the album specifically was that it included the mega-hit song Satisfaction which was missing from the UK issue.
Only a very limited number of copies were ever manufactured and the vast majority of those were in the much more popular Mono formar. Today it is very hard to find copies of this album, especially the ridged label STEREO press!
This is also the very first press that does not credit Andrew Loog Oldham on the record labels under the Rolling Stones name.

Cover Condition: VG+/EX-
The cover is very clean with a clean laminate to the front and a clean back which has no writing or staining. There's a crease at the top right of the front cover which has caused the laminate to bubble (which you can see in the photo below) and has seemingly yellowed a little with age. The back cover has a slight yellowing and a hint of disc impression, but is overwise remarkably clean for its age!

Inserts Condition: Inner Sleeve: VG+
The inner sleeve is included and has no splits, tears or creases and the plastic inlay is still intact and not come away. The inner sleeve has yellowed a little in the colour though.

Record Condition: EX
The disc has a really nice, clean shine to it. There are some light surface scuffs here and there but overall the condition of this disc is really, really nice!

Label Condition: EX/NM
The labels are clean with no writing, stickers or tears. Just a handful of sporadic, very faint little spindlemarks.

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
Records are posted out tracked and insured (where applicable) to comply with eBay and PayPal seller protection policy.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve and extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable.
My Vinyl Grading:
MINT - No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed.
NEAR MINT (NM) - For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there.
EXCELLENT (EX) - For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there
VERY GOOD (VG) - For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches.
GOOD (G) - For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle.
FAIR (F) - For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc
POOR (P) - For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.
