Both sides are interesting here. The poppy (a) side was co written by Johnny O’Keefe and Joe Halford
for a dance craze that never got off the ground. The (b) side is a powerful beat version of
the Beatles/Shirelles “Boys” converted to the other sex. The backing of the Statesmen is particularly strong.
The (b) side label has a couple of sticker pulls that I’ve filled in with texta long ago.(see scan)
Uncommon and musically the (b) side will not disappoint. In an original Parlophone jacket.
