THE ROKES " THE ROKES " on RCA,CAMDEN 1965 ,ARGENTINA .. well what we have here is the original argentinian '65 version of the ROKES 1st album recorded and cut to Italy , its rarity is mentioned on POKORA'S books as 3 stars , which means seriously big bucks ,over 400$ if you can really find a copy in good shape from Italy 1965..... I had bought this lp as EX-/EX- from an argentinian dealer , typical case though ,the lp wasnt exactly what we call all western citizens EX- ...... The cover was OK , really EX- , thick cover , no ring wear , no split seam , no tear , great one , the vinyl now, has many hairlines but honestly they are mostly superficial ones , nothing deep , no scrathces ,no popps, no jumps, just surface noise but music always louder and enjoyable , i would grade it plays rather strong VG+ to VG++ , Ok this is not a copy for those who only chase MINT copies or only the italian one, but it's a bargain case to obtain this very rare freakbeat wild lp in logical price , I wont do any comments on the lp , one of the best eauropean/uk freakbeat bands , really tuff sound , great originals and wild covers in both english/italian language .... low starting price ........few words about me now, i used to collect over 10 years now focused 100% in 60's beat/garage/psych/prog music , mostly 60's 45's ,but now i decided to sell the big part of it,so many more will follow ,almost all records since from my private collection will be sound graded as well since i know them all very good, this ofcaurse is much more important than the typical visual grading that the majority of ebay sellers do , since i was a collector myself i'll try to be as strict as i can on grading ,but keep in mind that 95% of my records are in really enjoyable condition and are keeper's copies for serious collections , postage would be 9$ , good luck and feel free to ask whatever....I ACCEPT BIDPAY,CASH IN REG.LETTER,IMO
