Original Italian pressing on the gold JOLLY label (LPJ 5172), from 1970. Bewitching UK psych / modal jazz / rural folk funk masterpiece by the obscure singer / songwriter and multi instrumentalist, Roger Bunn. Our copy is the seldom offered for sale, Italian press, (the rarest issue of all) with alternative artwork sleeve showing a stoned looking Mr Bunn outside a country manor house, somewhere in darkest middle England (or Holland :) Amazingly, infectious mood music... an outstanding, psychedelic mix of Roger's near conversational or soaring vocals and guitar vamps over groovy jazz / eastern mysticism / quirky English folk and acid pop sounds. Our soundclip opens with a thought-provoking, spoken word intro, followed by 2 superb themes for DJs (one bossa tempo, the other indo jazz) then the rest of the Lp. The session is basically a continuous suite but please note, we have edited certain themes around for our soundclip. An item classed as a prog rarity in Italy with price tag to match. Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG 

Vinyl is in strong VG++ condition with a few light scuffs and hairlines. Some very faint, faded old pressing residue marks. Light surface noises. Some soft pops / soft ticks in places. A small scuff causes one audible pop to the flute intro of the 'Road To The Sun' theme. The laminated front card sleeve is in VG++ condition overall with ring wear and ink fading to back sleeve. Mini sticker and sticker residue mark to front, top left corner. Some corner wear / dings / dirt marks from storage. Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Very rare Lp!!!
