This is an early UK press of ‘An Old Raincoat Won’t Ever Let You Down.' This press is complete with the early 1Y3/2Y1 matrix, the early swirl Vertigo label, superb heavy flat edge vinyl and a wonderful condition matt gatefold sleeve.

The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl is still glossy with just a number of light marks on both sides. When played the sound is extremely bold, vibrant and clear, there is some light noise but is still enjoyable throughout. The swirl Vertigo label is in sensational original condition. Clean and bright. The white is sharp, the black is bold and the text completely clear. There is just the slightest spindle wear. 

The matt gatefold sleeve is in Near Mint condition. The colours are warm and bright and the image is sharp. The edges are extremely firm and the inside is in sensational extremely clean condition. The whole cover feels very solid and is in rare superb shape.
