Here is a lot of two ROBERT JOHNSON related items. An excellent original copy of the circa 1938 VOCALION RECORDS catlog that lists all of the ROBERT JOHNSON original release with some fabulous photos of other blues and country artists. 35 pages intact and excellent!...next item is a program for the legendary "FROM SPIRITUALS TO SWING " concert organized by JOHN HAMMOND which was to feature ROBERT JOHNSON but, as the story goes, Hammond did not find out Johnson was DEAD until after the program was printed..a fabulous program with bios on several of the artists and adverts for blues records, Bill Broonzy was a last minute sub for the deseased Johnson!..program is 11 1/2" x 5 1/2" 19 pages plus covers...not sure WHAT this is as it came from the Furgusson collection...selling AS IS as I cannot verify if it is original or not since it is in such excellent condition and a rather unusual size for a concert program...no indication that it is a repro but I cannot be certain..research before you bid as there is NO RETURNS on this lot~!!
