We do not accept open box, non-defective item returns.

BRAND NEW, UNOPENED ITEMS
Within 14 days from shipment date, you may return any unopened product. Unopened items returned during those 14 days will not be charged a restocking fee. Returned after the 14-day period are not accepted. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to us.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS Eligible*
Defective products may be returned for an exchange within 14 days from the date your product was received. Defective products must be returned in the original packaging with all original contents. Product must be returned no later than 7 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to us. Item must be shipped back using the same shipment method used to ship the item to you. Item can only be exchanged for an identical item.

We do not accept open box, non-defective item returns.

INSURANCE
This product ships via FREIGHT / LTL. Shipping is only available to the Continental USA. The item will be shipped insured however you must NOTE ANY DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY. Do NOT refuse the product simply inspect on delivery and note if there are any damages and the product is fully covered! If you do not note damages on delivery the customer is responsible for filing all claims and dealing directly with the shipping carrier so please be sure to check the product and sign for the delivery in good condition once inspecting the product.
