RIOT SQUAD - RELIGION DOESN'T MEAN A THING! (23-TRACK CASSETTE E.P.) RIOT IN THE CITY RELIGION DOESN'T MEAN A THING WHY SHOULD WE? ROT RECORDS (SELF-RELEASED) - NO CODE - UK 1981/1982 - 3-TRACK DEMO CASSETTE-ONLY RELEASE Original and hard to find 1981/1982 cassette-only debut release by the great punk band from Mansfield. This was self-released on their own Rot label (on Yashima C45 tape) and it was mainly sold at their early gigs and through mail-order before they were signed to Rondelet Records. Hence the date could be 1981 as well which was the year that the band formed. The 3 tracks were actually re-released in 1982 as their second 7" ep on Rondelet Records. Comes complete with the pale-yellow card inlay. A nice rare and 100% genuine original item from the punk and new wave scene of the early '80s. CONDITION (I don't use higher than ex/ex) cover: vg+ cassette: vg+ *not any problems but I wouldn't grade higher than vg+ these old secondhand cassettes P&P *** I combine shipping and I charge the actual costs, please do not pay the automated eBay invoice but wait for my combined invoice before payment, thanks *** Registered (with insurance) through ELTA (Hellenic National Post): GBP12.50 in Europe / GBP14.50 for all other countries except USA* / GBP6.50 to Greece * For USA only it will be through Courier Service GBP45.00 - ELTA services from Greece to USA is temporarily stopped due to the new Tariffs (and until the terms are cleared) so at the time shipping to USA is possible only through Courier service which is rather expensive ** I'm a collector myself so strict packing policies applied
