Original 1978 lp on AVI Records (AVL 6035) Laurin Rinder & W.Michael Lewis – Seven Deadly Sins. This is an original Canadian pressing from 1978 and it’s identical to the u.s. pressing.Classic lp from these two disco funk masters who produced several big tunes for a variety of acts in the late 70s.This was their first lp and it’s by far their best.Extremely sought after for the track ‘Lust’ which is a killer disco funk cut.Absolute classic material here.Several other killer tracks on this lp too including ‘Pride’ which is probably my favorite tune on this lp.Spacey disco funk,incredible production and just a massive sound for the dancefloor.Other tracks are Anger,Sloth,Covetousness,Glutony,Envy/Animal Fire. Killer tunes that have rightly earned cult status.Scarce lp and not at all easy to find.
